密闭环境模拟试验舱综合监控系统设计

摘要 介绍了一种密闭环境模拟试验舱综合监控系统技术方案,能够监控试验舱及其配套管路系统,从而模拟水下作业平台内部舱室的大气环境开展有关试验和验证研究工作。综合监控系统采用分层分布式架构,应用DeviceNet总线、分布式IO及OPC技术,能够满足监控的分布式与实时性要求,并具有良好的兼容性和可扩展性。重点说明了其系统架构、设备技术方案及软件程序流程,展望了其应用前景。 A technical scheme of integrated monitoring system for closed environment simulation test cabin is introduced. It can monitor the test cabin and its supporting pipeline system,so as to simulate the atmospheric environment of the cabin inside the underwater operation platform and carry out relevant tests and verification research. The integrated monitoring system adopts a layered and distributed architecture. The application of DeviceNet bus,distributed IO and OPC technology can meet the distributed and real-time requirements of monitoring,and has good compatibility and scalability. This paper focuses on the system architecture,equipment technical scheme and software program workflow,and looks forward to its application prospect.
