摘要
乳腺影像学技术, 包括乳腺X线成像、超声成像、磁共振成像等, 在乳腺肿瘤诊断中起重要作用。目前乳腺影像学技术越来越多地用于乳房整形手术, 包括乳房整形术后并发症判断、乳房相关体积测量、乳房及乳头乳晕复合体血供分析、乳房重建的皮瓣穿支定位。该文综述了乳腺影像学技术特点及影像学技术在乳房整形领域的应用进展。
Breast imaging techniques,such as mammography,ultrasound imaging,and magnetic resonance imaging,play an important role in the diagnosis of breast tumors.Breast imaging techniques are increasingly being used in mammoplasty,including post-mammoplasty complication assessment,breast-related volume measurement,analysis of blood supply to the breast and nipple-areola complex,and localization of flap perforators for breast reconstruction.This paper reviewed the characteristics of breast imaging techniques and their applications in mammoplasty.
