摘要
目的阐明2020—2021年瑞丽市登革热流行特征和伊蚊分布特点。方法用描述流行病学方法对登革热病例和伊蚊监测资料进行分析。结果这两年瑞丽市共确诊登革热259例,其中2020年249例(本地病例245例,输入病例4例),发病率为116.89/10万;2021年10例(本地病例9例,输入病例1例),发病率为4.75/10万。主要流行于主城区、勐卯镇、姐告开发区和畹町镇。病例主要发生于7—11月,以青壮年为主,男性明显多于女性,职业主要为商业服务者、家务及待业者和学生。布雷图指数6—11月为10~58,其他月份为<5,白纹伊蚊、埃及伊蚊和其它蚊种构成比分别为40.41%、35.72%和23.87%。结论瑞丽市2020—2021年每年都发生登革热本地流行,发病率下降与新型冠状病毒肺炎边境管制下登革热输入病例减少和本地流行减弱有关。
Objective To describe the epidemiological characteristics of dengue fever(DF)and density of Aedes mosquitoes in Ruili city from 2020 to 2021.Methods The descriptive epidemiological method was used to analyze the surveillance data of DF cases and mosquitoes.Results A total of 259 confirmed DF cases were reported in Ruili city in 2020-2021.Of them,249 cases were reported in 2020(245 local cases and 4 imported cases)with an incidence rate of 116.89/100000.In 2021,there were 10 cases(9 local cases and 1 imported case)and the incidence rate was 4.75/100000 in 2021.The cases of DF was mainly observed in urban area,Mengmao town,Jiegao Development Zone and Wanding town of Ruili.The cases mainly occurred from July to November,among young and middle-aged people.Male cases was more than female ones.The occupations of the cases were mainly commercial service workers,domestic workers,unemployed people and students.Breteau index was 10-58 from June to November and<5 in the other months.Aedes albopictus,A.aegypti and other mosquito species accounted for 40.41%,35.72%and 23.87%,respectively.Conclusions Local epidemics of DF occurred in Ruili each year in 2020-2021.Decreased incidence of DF may related to the decrease of imported DF cases under border control against coronavirus 2019 and weakened local epidemics.
