摘要
本文基于国内外已有研究成果,分别从水价与工业用水总量之间的关系和工业用水效率两方面对现有文献进行梳理总结:一是重点围绕用水需求价格弹性研究考察水价与工业用水总量之间的关系;二是基于用水效率的内涵、测度及驱动机制来分析水价与工业用水效率之间的研究。通过概括该领域的研究现状,发现水价对工业用水关系的研究多集中于水价对总量的控制,而对于效率激励的研究相对较少,可以成为进一步研究的方向。
Based on the existing research results at home and abroad,this paper summarizes the existing literature from two aspects,relationship between water price and total industrial water consumption and relationship between water price and industrial water efficiency.The first is to investigate the relationship between water price and total industrial water consumption by focusing on the price elasticity of water demand;the second is to analyze the relationship between water price and industrial water use efficiency based on the connotation,measurement and driving mechanism of water use efficiency.By summarizing the research status in this field,it is found that the research on the relationship between water price and industrial water consumption mostly focuses on the control of water price on the total amount,while the research on efficiency incentive is relatively less,which can be the direction of further research.
