摘要
巨型囊泡不仅拥有类似于生物细胞质膜的双分子层闭合结构,而且具有类似细胞大小的尺寸,因而被广泛应用于生物膜功能模拟。巨型囊泡很容易通过光学显微成像系统进行观察,使其在可视化传感分析方面具有广阔的应用前景。本文重点介绍了巨型囊泡的常用制备方法,如膜水化法、乳液模板法、聚合诱导自组装方法等,总结了近年来巨型囊泡用于生物模拟尤其是在成像分析方面的应用,并对其未来研究方向进行了展望。
Giant vesicles not only possess a bilayer closure structure similar to the plasma membrane of biological cells,but also have cell-like size,and thus are widely used in the simulation of biological membrane functions.Meanwhile,giant vesicles are easily observed by optical microscopy imaging systems,affording broad application prospects in visual sensing analysis.In this review,we focused on the common methods for preparing giant vesicles(such as film hydration,emulsion template,polymerization-induced self-assembly methods,etc.),summarized the recent applications of giant vesicles in biological simulation(especially in imaging analysis),and provided an outlook on future research directions in this field.
