椎动脉动静脉瘘的血管内治疗(附3例报道)

摘要 目的探讨椎动脉动静脉瘘的血管内治疗方法及疗效。方法回顾性分析2014年5月至2021年5月血管内栓塞治疗的3例椎动脉动静脉瘘的临床资料,并结合文献分析。结果1例应用弹簧圈囊和球囊封堵瘘口,2例应用弹簧圈+EVAL胶封堵瘘口及闭塞椎动脉瘘口远近心端,3例均临床治愈,术后随访6~12个月未见复发。结论血管内介入治疗椎动脉动静脉瘘安全可靠,效果良好。
