地方文化融入应用型高校人才培养路径研究——以山西文化为例

摘要 应用型高校是我国高等教育体系的重要组成部分,应用型高校在课程思政融入、校企合作建设及课程内容重组过程中对人才培养有着特殊的作用和影响。应用型高校课程内容与实践方面传承中华优秀传统文化、地域文化、红色文化等一系列优秀文化作为高校的教育素材来源和实践教学的延伸对学生培养有着引导和渗透的作用。教师在教学过程中广泛运用红色文化遗址、思政基地、校企合作单位、企业文化等元素与本专业课程内容相联系、融合、转换,从而提升应用型高校学生培养的针对性和地区适应性。现阶段山西应用型高校的短板是体量大、人才培养重心较低,在教学和实践方面,地方文化和教学设计未能得到优化组合和系统融合。拟以应用型“5+3”教学模式为切入点,以教育教学为中心,更新教学理念、重组教学资源、探索实施路径,通过企业、校际、校企三方协作、赋能,共同提升应用型高校的育人质量。 Application-oriented universities are an important part of our higher education system.Application-oriented universities have a special role and influence on personnel training in the process of ideological and political integration of curriculum,school-enterprise cooperation construction and curriculum content reorganization.The curriculum content and practice of application-oriented universities inherit a series of excellent traditional Chinese culture,regional culture,red culture and other excellent culture as a source of educational materials and extension of practical teaching in universities and universities,which have a guiding and penetrating role in the cultivation of students.At present,the shortcomings of application-oriented universities in Shanxi are large size,low focus of talent cultivation.In terms of teaching and practice,local culture and teaching design fail to be optimally combined and systematically integrated.This paper intends to take the application-oriented teaching model of"5+3"as a breakthrough point,update the teaching concept,reorganize the teaching resources to explore the implementation path.With education and teaching as the center,the quality of education in application-oriented universities can be improved through the collaboration and empowerment of enterprises,inter-schools and school-enterprises.
