合成大麻素类毒品情报分析:有效成分的变迁 被引量:3

Forensic intelligent analysis of synthetic cannabinoid drugs:Changes of effective components

摘要 合成大麻素毒品蔓延趋势严峻,我国自2021年7月1日启动了整类列管政策。本实验室使用气相色谱质谱法检测了近2年来送检的疑似合成大麻素类毒品,总结了2020~2021年检出合成大麻素类毒品成分变化情况和毒品结构特点,并对合成大麻素类毒品的发展趋势加以研判。结果表明,在2020~2021年期间,不仅缴获疑似毒品外观性状更具多样化和迷惑性,检测出的8种合成大麻素成分也呈规律性变化,由吲哚甲酰胺类为主转变为以吲唑甲酰胺类为主;由单一有效成分向混合成分发展;主要有效成分的结构特征也呈现多种变化,N-(1-氨甲酰基-2,2-二甲基丙基)-1-丁基吲唑-3-甲酰胺(ADB-BUTINACA)为近期占比较高的主要合成大麻素成分。上述结果为毒品检测实验室提供更有针对性的技术支持,配合相关执法及司法部门有力打击合成大麻素类毒品犯罪。 Synthetic cannabinoids(SCs)have quickly spread around the world in recent years.Therefore,the Chinese government has implemented a regulation policy for synthetic cannabinoids since July 1st,2021.The suspected synthetic cannabinoid drugs found in the past two years were detected by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.The changes of the effective compositions and structural characteristics of the cannabinoid drugs in2020-2021 were summarized,and the development tendency was analyzed.During 2020-2021,not only the appearances of the seized suspected drugs were more diverse and deceptive,but also the synthetic cannabinoids components have changed regularly,which was from indole carboxamides to indazole carboxamides.The effective compositions of seized suspected drugs have changed from single major component to a mixture of multiple ones.The structural characteristics of the main components has shown various changes as well.(S)-N-(1-amino-3,3-dimethyl-1-oxobutan-2-yl)-1-butyl-1H-indazole-3-carboxamide(ADB-BUTINACA)was the main component in most of the suspected synthetic cannabinoid drugs that have been seized recently.According to the analytical results,forensic laboratories on drug testing will provide more targeted technical supports to assist the judicial authorities and law enforcement agencies in cracking down on crimes related synthetic cannabinoids.
