摘要
主要讨论了合成医用高分子材料表面的抗凝血改性方法进展,介绍了以肝素、类肝素和其他新兴药物为有效成分的表面抗凝药物涂层技术,同时介绍了合成医用高分子材料表面亲水性改性、官能团改性技术的进展,指出了现存的主要问题,并对未来发展进行了展望。
This review mainly focuses on the progress in the anticoagulant modification methods on the surface of synthetic medical polymer materials, introduces the surface anticoagulant drug coating technology with heparin, heparinoid and other emerging drugs as active ingredients, introduces the progress in hydrophilic modification and functional group modification technology on the surface of this materials, points out the main existing problems, and prospects the future development.
