摘要
目的:分析并探讨1例对乙酰氨基酚导致的严重粒细胞缺乏发生的原因,为临床用药提供参考。方法:报道1例对乙酰氨基酚导致严重粒细胞缺乏症,同时对对乙酰氨基酚不良反应的文献进行分析,通过临床表现和文献分析推测其不良反应发生的原因。结果:对乙酰氨基酚导致粒细胞缺乏的可能性较大。结论:对乙酰氨基酚导致药源性粒细胞缺乏发生概率小,但因其是非处方药,应用概率高,应引起临床药师、医师及患者警惕。
Objective:To report a case of severe granulocytopenia induced by acetaminophen and explore its causes so as to provide reference for clinical rational drug use.Methods:A case of acetaminophen-induced severe granulocytopenia was reported.Relevant literature was retrieved and analyzed to speculate the cause of adverse drug reactions.Results:severe granulocytopenia was possibly induced by acetaminophen.Conclusion:Acetaminophen causes drug-induced agranulocytosis with a low probability.However,it is an over-the-counter drug with a high probability of application,which should arouse the vigilance of clinical pharmacists,doctors and patients.
