摘要
目的:探讨重组人表皮生长因子(rh-EGF)外用溶液治疗放射性口腔黏膜炎(RIOM)的效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2022年3月89例接受放疗并出现RIOM的头颈部肿瘤患者作为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为对照组(n=44)和研究组(n=45)。对照组接受地塞米松+庆大霉素+利多卡因稀释液漱口,研究组在对照组治疗基础上加用rh-EGF治疗。采用数字评价量表(numerical rating scale,NRS)和成人癌症生存者生命质量量表(quality of life in adult cancer survivors,QLACS)评估两组口腔疼痛程度与生活质量。比较两组疗效、口腔疼痛及生活质量的差异。结果:研究组近期总有效率为95.56%(43/45),而对照组仅77.27%(34/44),两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.299,P=0.026)。两组治疗前NRS、QLACS评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组治疗后NRS、QLACS评分均低于对照组,且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:RIOM患者采用重组人表皮生长因子治疗,可以有效缓解疼痛,提高治疗效果,提高生活质量,值得推广应用。
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of Recombinant Human Epidermal Growth Factor(rh-EGF)topical solution in the treatment of radiotherapy-induced oral mucositis(RIOM).Method:From January 2020 to March 2022,89 patients with head and neck tumors who received radiotherapy and developed RIOM were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into the control group(n=44)and the observation group(n=45)according to the random number table method.The control group was Dexamethasone+Gentamicin+Lidocaine diluent to gargle,and the study group was treated with rh-EGF on the basis of the treatment of the control group.Oral pain was measured by numerical rating scale(NRS)and the quality of life of the patients was measured by quality of life in adult cancer survivors(QLACS).The difference in treatment efficacy,oral pain and quality of life were compared between two groups.Result:The recent total effective rate of the study group was 95.56%(43/45),while the control group was only 77.27%(34/44),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.299,P=0.026).Before treatment,the differences were not statistically significant in the NRS score and QLACS score of the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the NRS score and QLACS score of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of patients with RIOM with rh-EGF can effectively relieve pain,improve the therapeutic effect and the quality of life,which should be worthy of popularization and application.
