摘要
目的:分析综合性护理在肿瘤化疗患者中的应用效果及其对胃肠道反应、睡眠质量等的影响。方法:回顾性选取2020年1月—2021年1月福建省立医院收治的80例肿瘤化疗患者作为观察对象。根据护理方法的不同将其分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予综合性护理。比较两组胃肠道反应发生率,护理前及护理1、2周后睡眠质量,护理前及护理2周后生活质量。结果:观察组胃肠道反应发生率为10.00%,明显低于对照组的30.00%(P<0.05)。护理1、2周后,观察组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理2周后,观察组总体健康状况、功能领域评分均高于对照组,症状领域、单一项目评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:综合性护理能够降低肿瘤化疗患者的胃肠道反应发生率,改善睡眠质量及生活质量,值得临床推广、应用。
Objective:To analyze the application effect of comprehensive nursing in cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy,and its impact on gastrointestinal reaction and sleep quality etc.Method:Eighty patients undergoing chemotherapy admitted to Fujian Provincial Hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were retrospectively selected as the observation objects.According to the different nursing methods,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing.The incidence of gastrointestinal reactions,sleep quality before nursing,after 1 and 2 weeks of nursing,and quality of life before nursing and after 2 weeks of nursing were compared between the two groups.Result:The incidence of gastrointestinal reaction in the observation group was 10.00%,which was significantly lower than 30.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group after 1 and 2 weeks of nursing(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of nursing,the overall health status and functional area scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,while the symptom area and single item scores were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing can reduce the incidence of gastrointestinal reactions in cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy,improve the quality of sleep and life,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
