高负荷下加氢裂化应对原料变化的措施及长周期运行问题分析

摘要 介绍了高负荷下加氢裂化应对原料变化的措施及长周期运行问题,原料在由重变轻的情况下,装置反应温度存在较大的超温,甚至存在催化剂床层飞温的风险。从装置反应部分操作条件进行分析、对比,得出应对原料变化的措施,确保了装置运行稳定、产品质量合格。对影响加氢裂化装置长周期运行的问题进行了总结分析,对于确保加氢裂化装置的长周期运行具有借鉴意义。 The measures to deal with the change of raw material in hydrocracking under high load were introduced.Under the case of raw material from heavy to light, the reaction temperature of the device has a large risk of overtemperature, or even the flying temperature of the catalyst bed. Through the analysis and comparison of the operating conditions of the reaction part of the device, the measures to deal with the raw material changes were obtained to ensure the stable operation of the device and the qualified product quality. The problems affecting the long-cycle period of the hydrocracking device were summarized and analyzed, to ensure the long-cycle operation of the hydrocracking device.
