摘要
目的:分析近十年病毒性肝炎药物经济学领域研究进展,对已发表的文献进行计量学分析,探讨研究热点、发展趋势。方法:以Web of Science核心数据库为数据源,应用CiteSpace和VOSviewer软件对病毒性肝炎在药物经济学领域的相关文献进行可视化分析。结果:2012~2021年共纳入926篇SCI文献,美国、英国、中国为发文量前三的国家,布里斯托大学、斯坦福大学是研究该领域的重要机构,发文量最高的作者是Peter Vickerman。被引频次最多的文章是“Estimation of stage-specific fibrosis progression rates in chronic hepatitis C virus infection:a meta-analysis and meta-regression”,引文量最高的机构是世界卫生组织,被引频次最高的期刊是Hepatology,关键词分析显示,成本效果、丙型肝炎、病毒感染为近年来主要的研究热点。结论:本研究基于文献计量学可视化图谱方法,发现病毒性肝炎在药物经济学领域近十年研究热点主要集中在预防筛查、药物治疗、经济负担以及吸毒患者相关治疗上。
Objective:To analyze the research progress in the field of pharmacoeconomics of viral hepatitis in recent ten years,make econometric analysis of the published literature,and explore the research hotspot and development trend.Methods:Taking the Web of Science core database as the data source,CiteSpace and VOSviewer softwares were used to visually analyze the relevant literature of viral hepatitis in the field of pharmacoeconomics.Results:A total of 926 SCI literatures were included from 2012 to 2021.The United States,the United Kingdom and China were the top three countries with the most publications.Bristol University and Stanford University were important institutions in this field,and Peter Vickerman was the author with the highest number of papers.The most frequently cited articles were“Estimation of stage-specific fibrosis progression rates in chronic hepatitis C virus infection:a meta-analysis and meta-regression”,the organization with the highest number of citations was the World Health Organization,and the most frequently cited journal was Hepatology.Keyword analysis showed that cost-effectiveness,hepatitis C and virus infection were the main research hotspots in recent years.Conclusion:Based on the method of bibliometrics visualization map,this study found that the research hotspots of viral hepatitis in pharmacoeconomics in recent ten years mainly focused on prevention and screening,drug treatment,economic burden and related treatment of drug addicts.
