摘要
研究卫星网络TCP加速网关中的拥塞控制算法,是TCP加速改进的一个重要方向,分析传统拥塞算法的不足,通过在加速网关中引入BBR(Bottleneck Bandwidth and RTT)算法,并加以改进。研究结果表明:改进后的BBR算法避免了探测最小RTT阶段窗口降到4个MSS的问题,这样拥塞窗口不会降到很低,依然能够满带宽发送,而且多个连接测试公平性良好。相比BBR,改进后的BBR速率有明显提升,可以满足卫星网络的加速需求。
It is an important direction of TCP acceleration improvement to study the congestion control algorithm in TCP acceleration gateway of satellite network. This paper analyzes the shortcomings of the traditional congestion algorithm and introduces an improved Bottleneck Bandwidth and RTT(BBR) into the acceleration gateway. The results show that the improved BBR avoids the problem of reducing the detection window to 4 MSS in the minimum RTT stage, so that the congestion window will not be low, and it can still be sent with full bandwidth. And the fairness of multi-connection test is good. Compared with the original BBR, the rate of the improved BBR has a significant increase, which can meet the needs of satellite network acceleration.
