海上油气田压裂返排废水处理技术进展

摘要 压裂作业是油气田开发中的重要技术手段,但注入的压裂液在不同储层中组成成分各不相同,导致压裂返排废水成为一种成分复杂的热力学稳态体系,排放量大且较为集中。海上油气田压裂作业中,返排废水对海洋生态与环境威胁大,受平台空间场地、设备体积的限制,要求时效短、快速高效,给压裂废水处理带来挑战。陆地油田压裂返排废水的处理主要是生物法、化学法、物理法以及各种组合处理方法;本文以陆地油田处理为基础,结合海上压裂返排废水处理技术,提出了一种“电化学破胶聚集”+“吸刷深度分离”的耦合工艺技术,以期为处理海上压裂返排废水提供新的设计思路。 Fracturing operation is an important technical means in oil and gas field development,but the components of injected fracturing fluid are different in different reservoirs,resulting in a complex thermodynamic steady-state system with large and concentrated discharge.In the fracturing operations of offshore oil and gas fields,the flowback wastewater poses a great threat to Marine ecology and environment.Due to the limitations of platform space,site and equipment volume,it requires short aging,rapid and efficient treatment,which brings challenges to the fracturing wastewater treatment.The treatment of fracturing wastewater in onshore oilfield is mainly biological,chemical,physical and various combined treatment methods.Based on onshore oilfield treatment and combined with offshore fracturing flowback wastewater treatment technology,a coupling technology of“electrochemical glue breaking aggregation”and“suction brush depth separation”is proposed in this paper,in order to provide a new design idea for offshore fracturing flowback wastewater treatment.
