摘要
目的分析中西医结合护理在痔疮患者中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月至12月在我院接受治疗的200例痔疮患者,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各100例。两组均接受痔上黏膜环切吻合术治疗,对照组术后给予常规护理,观察组术后给予中西医结合护理。比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组术后12、24、48 h的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分低于对照组,创面愈合时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组的临床症状和匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的护理优良率高于对照组(P<0.05)。术后5 d,观察组的白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合护理能有效减轻痔疮患者术后疼痛,提高睡眠质量,降低炎性因子水平,促进创面愈合。
Objective To analyze the application effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing in patients with hemorrhoids.Methods A total of 200 patients with hemorrhoids treated in our hospital from January to December 2020 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 100 cases in each group.Both groups received circumferential resection and anastomosis of hemorrhoid mucosa.The control group received routine nursing after operation,and the observation group received integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing after operation.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score of the observation group at 12,24,48 h after operation was lower than that of the control group,and the wound healing time was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the clinical symptoms and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The superior rate of nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).At 5 d after operation,the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and C-reactive protein(CRP)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing can effectively relieve the postoperative pain of patients with hemorrhoids,improve the sleep quality,reduce the levels of inflammatory factors and promote the wound healing.
