摘要
市政园林景观工程与传统的建设工程不同,其包含的内容较多,专业构成较为复杂,在造价的控制过程中面临较多的问题。但同时,良好的工程造价对于保障园林景观效果,实现园林景观工程资源使用效率最大化具有十分重要的意义。基于此,文章首先对市政园林景观工程造价控制做简单概述,然后分别从设计阶段、施工阶段、竣工阶段探究园林景观工程造价控制存在的问题,最后提出具有针对性的改进措施,希望能够为市政园林景观工程造价控制提供助力。
The municipal landscape project is different from the traditional construction project. It contains many contents, and its professional composition is more complex,which faces many problems in the cost control process. But at the same time, good project cost is of great significance for ensuring the effect of landscape and maximizing the use efficiency of landscape project resources. Based on this, this paper first gives a brief overview of the cost control of the municipal landscape project, then explores the problems in the cost control of the landscape project from the design stage, the construction stage, and the completion stage, and finally proposes targeted improvement measures, hoping to provide help for the cost control of the municipal landscape project.
