摘要
目的 探究圆形钢圈限位装置设计参数对其力学性能的影响。方法 以截面高度h、截面厚度w、钢圈半径R和导向轮半径r为研究变量制作了多组试验试件与数值分析模型,并通过单调加载试验和弹塑性数值分析,获得了不同设计参数下圆形钢圈限位装置的力-位移曲线。系统分析了各设计参数对圆形钢圈限位装置力-位移曲线变化趋势、宏观变形过程、初期刚度K_(1)、二期刚度K_(2)、极限承载力F_(u)与极限位移δ_(u)的影响。结果 随着R的增大,δ_(u)显著增大,K_(1)显著减小,K_(2)缓慢减小,F_(u)几乎不变;随着r的增大,δ_(u)逐渐减小,K_(1)和K_(2)逐渐增大,F_(u)缓慢增大;随着h的增大,K_(1)和F_(u)显著增大,K_(2)缓慢增大,δ_(u)的变化微乎其微;随着w的增大,K_(1)、K_(2)和F_(u)显著增大,对δ_(u)无影响。结论 改变参数R、r、h及w不会影响圆形钢圈限位装置力-位移曲线的变化趋势及其宏观变形过程,但会对其初期刚度K_(1)、二期刚度K_(2)、极限承载力F_(u)与极限位移δ_(u)产生较大影响。
In order to investigate the influence of the design parameters of the circular steel ring restrainer(CSRR) on its mechanical properties, a large number of CSRR test specimens were fabricated and subjected to monotonic tests.Subsequently, finite element(FE) models of CSRRs with the same as the test specimens were established, and the material parameters, interaction and boundary conditions used in numerical simulation are verified to be effective.Then, several groups of FE models of CSRRs were established based on the steel ring radius R,the guide pulley radius r,the cross-section height h,and the cross-section width w,and FE analysis was performed to further explore the influence of the design parameters on the mechanical properties of CSRRs.According to the test results and the FE results, it can be concluded that the variation trend of force-displacement curves and the macroscopic deformation processes of CSRRs will be not affect with the change of the design parameters, but the design parameters will significantly affect the mechanical properties of CSRRs.i.e.,with the increase of R,δ_(u)of CSRRs increases, K_(1)and K_(2)decrease, and F_(u)is almost constant.As the r increases, K_(1),K_(2)and F_(u)increase slightly, but δ_(u)decreases obviously.With the increase of h,K_(1),K_(2)and F_(u)increase, and δ_(u)remains unchanged.With the w increases, K_(1),K_(2)and F_(u)increase significantly, while δ_(u)does not change significantly.
