摘要
为研究吲哚乙酸对多肉植物华丽风车叶插繁殖的影响,以清水为对照,设置4个吲哚乙酸(IAA)浓度处理,分别为50mg/L,100 mg/L,150 mg/L,200 mg/L。结果表明,IAA显著提高了华丽风车扦插成活率、生根率、生根数量、平均根长和根系干鲜质量,随IAA浓度的增加,呈先升高后降低的趋势,在150 mg/L时效果最好,成活率为97.37%,生根率为98.72%,成活率最高、生根特性最好,是较适宜的IAA处理浓度。
In order to study the effect of indoleacetic acid on the leaf cutting propagation of the Graptopetalum superbum(Kimnach)Acev.-Rosas, the fresh water was used as the control, and four IAA concentrations were set, namely 50 mg/L, 100 mg/L, 150 mg/L,and 200 mg/L. The results showed that IAA significantly increased the survival rate, rooting rate, rooting number, average root length and dry and fresh weight of roots of Graptopetalum superbum(Kimnach) Acev.-Rosas cuttings. With the increase of IAA concentration, it was first increased and then decreased. The effect was the best at 150 mg/L. The survival rate was 97.37%, rooting rate was 98.72%, the survival rate was the highest, and rooting characteristics were the best.
