摘要
在不同地形下定量分析短花针茅荒漠草原土壤微生物量碳含量的分布规律,探讨地形因子对短花针茅荒漠草原淡栗钙土壤的土壤微生物量碳的影响。结果显示:(1)地形对土壤微生物量碳有影响,其含量大小顺序为:坡顶>坡底>坡面;(2)土壤微生物量碳随着土层的加深而级显著降低(P<0.001)。
This paper quantitatively analyzed the distribution of soil microbial biomass carbon in desert steppe of Stipa breviflora Griseb. under different terrain, and discussed the effects of topographic factors on soil microbial biomass carbon of light chestnut soil in desert steppe of Stipa breviflora Griseb.. The results showed that terrain has an impact on soil microbial carbon content, and its content order is: slope top> slope bottom> slope surface. The SMBC level decreased significantly with the deepening of the soil layer(P <0.001).
