摘要
目的:了解大学生锻炼拖延状况,探讨目标设置对大学生锻炼拖延的影响。方法:采用问卷法对大连海事大学942名体育俱乐部的一年级学生进行调查,采用不同的目标设置方法对中度拖延以上的40名男大学生进行12周的实验干预。结果:1)大学生有锻炼拖延倾向的占80.68%,其中中度拖延以上的多达53.72%。2)实验后实验组锻炼拖延倾向得分显著低于对照组,也显著低于实验前得分,下降明显。3)实验期间实验组学生锻炼拖延行为发生次数显著少于对照组;实验组减掉体重(4.66±0.55)kg,完成了锻炼目标,对照组减掉体重(2.83±1.04)kg,目标没有完成,实验组锻炼绩效显著优于对照组。结论:大学生群体的锻炼拖延问题比较严重,采用目标设置方法将锻炼的长期目标划分为阶段性的短期目标可以显著降低大学生的锻炼拖延倾向水平和减少锻炼拖延行为,并对提高锻炼绩效水平有显著影响。
Objectives: To understand the exercise procrastination of college students and to explore the influence of goal setting on exercise procrastination of college students.Methods: A questionnaire is used to survey 942 first-year students of Dalian Maritime University’s sports club, and 40 male college students with moderate exercise procrastination are subjected to different goal setting methods for 12 weeks.Results: 1) 80.68% of college students have the tendency to exercise procrastination, and as many as 53.72% have moderate exercise procrastination.2) After the experiment, the score of exercise procrastination tendency in the experimental group is significantly lower than that of the control group, and also significantly lower than the score before the experiment, and the decrease is obvious.3) During the experiment, the number of exercise procrastination behaviors in the experimental group is significantly lower than that in the control group;The students in the experimental group lose weight by(4.66±0.55) kg, which completes the exercise goal, and the students in the control group lost weight by(2.83±1.04) kg, which does not complete the goal, and the exercise performance of the experimental group is significantly better than that of the control group.Conclusions: The problems of exercise procrastination in college students are relatively serious, and the goal setting method to divide the long-term goal of exercise into phased short-term goals can significantly reduce the level of exercise procrastination tendency and reduce exercise procrastination beha-vior of college students, and has a significant impact on improving exercise performance.
