冷却方式对TA15钛合金组织与力学性能关系的影响

摘要 选取TA15钛合金棒材,将其加热到两相区及单相区温度并保温,随后采用水冷、空冷及炉冷3种方式进行冷却处理,再使用光学显微镜、维氏硬度、拉伸性能测试研究其组织与力学性能的关系,结果表明,当加热温度位于两相区时,经水冷与空冷处理后的组织中初生α相接近,而经炉冷处理后,初生α相含量最多,且初生α相尺寸最大。合金加热到经β相区后,最大的区别为组织中初生α相完全消失,组织中的α相完全溶解消失;合金经两相区加热后,再经水冷处理后的硬度最大,经炉冷处理后的硬度值最小,合金经单相区加热后,3种冷却方式中,同样为经水冷处理后的硬度值最大,经炉冷处理后的硬度值最小;合金强度趋势与硬度一致,而塑性趋势与强度相反,但经单相区加热后合金塑性较差。 TA15 titanium alloy bar was selected and heated to the temperature of two-phase zone and single-phase zone,then cooled by water cooling,air cooling and furnace cooling,and then the relationship between microstructure and mechanical properties was studied by optical microscope,Vickers hardness and tensile property test.The results show that when the heating temperature is in the two-phase region,the primaryαin the structure after water cooling is close to that after air cooling,but after furnace cooling treatment.The content of primaryαphase is the most,and the size of primaryαphase is the largest.When the alloy is heated to theβphase region,the biggest difference is that the primaryαphase in the structure disappears completely and theαphase in the structure disappears completely;after heating in the two phase zone,the hardness of the alloy is the highest after water cooling treatment,and the hardness value is the smallest after furnace cooling treatment.After single phase zone heating,the hardness value of the alloy is the highest after water cooling treatment,and the hardness value is the smallest after furnace cooling treatment.The trend of strength and hardness of the alloy is always the same,but the trend of plasticity is opposite to the strength,but the plasticity of the alloy is poor after heating in the single phase zone.
