摘要
该文主要介绍汽车零部件企业在数字化转型方面,如何保证与主机厂实现同频共振和互利互赢。当前在主机厂数字化转型的浪潮推动下,零部件头部企业和一些新锐企业非常重视数字化转型,步伐也较快。但是汽车零部件行业本身存在技术能力自身定位高低不同、信息化数字化认识上参差不齐的现象,有的零部件企业虽然对数字化转型有足够重视,但缺乏具体有效的指导、路径规划、实施模式和资金投入。因此,作者结合对汽车零部件行业及数字化转型的认识,提出自己的观点和思路,为汽车零部件企业数字化转型提供支撑和帮助,让更多的零部件企业在研发设计、生产运营和售后服务等各个环节,用数字化手段优化企业管理和决策,实现企业提质、降本和增效深度赋能,增强核心竞争力。
This paper mainly introduces how to ensure the same frequency resonance and mutual benefit with the main engine factory in the digital transformation of auto parts enterprises. At present, driven by the wave of digital transformation of mainframe factories, parts head enterprises and some cutting-edge enterprises attach great importance to digital transformation, and the pace is relatively fast. However, the auto parts industry itself has the phenomenon of different technical capabilities and uneven understanding of information digitalization. Although some parts enterprises pay enough attention to digital transformation, there is a lack of specific and effective guidance, path planning, implementation model and capital investment. Therefore, based on the understanding of the auto parts industry and digital transformation, this paper puts forward ideas that may provide support and help for the digital transformation of auto parts enterprises, let more parts enterprises in development design, production operation, after-sales service and other stages, and use digital means to optimize business management and decision-making, so as to achieve quality improvement, cost reduction, efficiency depth empowerment, and enhance core competitiveness.
