摘要
肝纤维化是基于肝损伤后组织瘢痕修复反应的一种病理变化,如不及时干预,进展期肝纤维化可持续发展为肝硬化、肝癌等。但早期诊断及时治疗,肝纤维化是可以逆转的,精准分期、对症治疗可以延缓肝纤维化进程,对肝纤维化的预后具有重要意义。随着影像技术的发展,磁共振新兴技术在肝纤维化的诊断中发挥着愈来愈重要的作用。本文以磁共振新兴技术在肝纤维化诊断中的现状予以综述。
Hepatic fibrosis is a pathological change based on liver injury and tissue scar repair response.If not timely intervention by drugs,advanced liver fibrosis can turn into liver cirrhosis,liver cancer,etc.However,early diagnosis and timely treatment,liver fibrosis can be cured.Accurate staging and symptomatic treatment can delay the progress of liver fibrosis and have important significance for the prognosis of liver fibrosis.With the development of imaging technology,magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)are playing an increasingly important role in the diagnosis of liver fibrosis.The application of new techniques of MRI in the diagnosis of liver fibrosis is reviewed.
