摘要
天然林是陆地生态系统的主体,是人类赖以生存的家园。天然林保护是永恒的主题,是生态文明体系建设的重要内容。从武定县天然林资源保护体系建设现状及成效入手,认真分析、总结武定县天然林保护体系建设存在的问题,提出了解决的对策措施。只有加大管护资金投入,创新管护机制,健全保护体系,压实管护责任,强化护林队伍建设,全面提升天然林保护能力,才能保证武定县天然林保护工作健康、稳步推进,切实保护好宝贵的天然林资源。
Natural forest is the main body of terrestrial ecosystem and the home of human survival. Natural forest protection is an eternal theme and an important part of the construction of ecological civilization system. Based on the current situation and achievements of natural forest protection system in Wuding, this paper analyzes and summarizes the problems existing in the construction of natural forest protection system, and puts forward some countermeasures. Only by increasing the investment in management and conservation, innovating the management and conservation mechanism, improving the protection system, tightening the responsibility for management and conservation, strengthening the construction of forest protection teams, and comprehensively enhancing the ability of natural forest protection, can we guarantee the healthy and steady progress of natural forest protection in Wuding,earnestly protect the precious natural forest resources.
