摘要
密闭作业环境是为执行特定任务而构建的与外界相对隔离、进出受到严格限制和具备环境特殊性的有限空间,长时密闭作业一般指在密闭环境中工作、生活1个月以上。长时密闭对作业人员的健康造成一系列潜在影响。骨代谢即骨骼组织的新陈代谢,机体通过吸收与合成的动态调控,构建骨代谢平衡以维持骨组织的不断更新和重塑。骨代谢受损后,可出现骨骼疼痛和骨质疏松等临床疾病表现,进而对人体的运动或体力作业机能造成负性影响。本文以长时密闭对骨代谢的影响作为切入,围绕"长时密闭作业对骨代谢的损伤效应、影响因素及保障技术"等方面的研究进展进行综述,旨在为特殊职业人群的骨代谢维护提供技术参考。
The environment of confined task is a limited space that is relatively isolated from the outside,strictly restricted in and out,and has environmental particularity. Long-term closed operation generally refers to working and living in a closed environment for more than one month. Long-term closed operation will cause a series of potential effects on the health of operators. Bone metabolism is the metabolism of bone tissue. Through the dynamic regulation of absorption and synthesis,the body constructs the balance of bone metabolism to maintain the continuous renewal and remodeling of bone tissue. After bone metabolism is damaged,clinical diseases such as bone pain and osteoporosis may occur,which will have a negative impact on human exercise or physical work function. From the point of effect of confined task on bone metabolism,the paper summarizes the research progress on "damage effect influencing factors and support technology of long-term confined task on bone metabolism",in order to provide technical reference for bone metabolism maintenance of special occupational population.
