大头宽负荷切向进汽叶型设计

摘要 文章采用VistaATBlade软件进行大头宽负荷切向进汽叶型的设计,并使用Mises软件进行叶型的特性计算。结果表明,设计的叶型能量损失较小,且攻角适应范围较广。改变叶片尾缘厚度计算叶片特性发现,当尾缘厚度小于等于0.38 mm时,能量损失基本不变,当尾缘厚度大于0.38 mm时,能量损失系数增大。并且该叶型已经运用到国产某大功率汽轮机中压带有横置导叶结构的进汽室结构中,可作为切向进汽叶型的母型推广应用。 In this paper,VistaATBlade software is used to design the tangential inlet steam blade with large head and wide load,and Mises software is used to calculate the blade characteristics.The result shows that the energy loss coefficient of the design blade is small,and it has a wide range of attack angle.Through changing the trail circle diameter,we find that when the diameter is less than or equal to 0.38 mm,the energy loss coefficient almost unchanged,but when the diameter is more than 0.38 mm,the energy loss coefficient enlarges.And the blade has been applied to the inlet chamber with horizontal guide vane structure of a large power steam turbine,and it has the promotion significance.
