摘要
S100A8和S100A9蛋白是重要的炎症反应蛋白,在炎症过程中刺激白细胞(WBC)的募集,同时对细胞因子(CK)的分泌施以诱导,起到调节炎症反应的关键作用,对于诸多疾病可作为候选生物标志物,并且在治疗炎症相关疾病方面,可将其当做评估指标与作用靶点。
S100A8 and S100A9 proteins are important inflammatory response proteins,which stimulate the recruitment of leukocytes and induce the secretion of cytokines during inflammation,and play a key role in regulating inflammatory responses.They can be used as candidate biomarkers for various diseases,and can also be used as predictive markers and therapeutic targets for the response of inflammation-related diseases.
