摘要
1960年至1962年经济社会发展困难的三年时间里,全党全国人民紧密团结在以毛泽东为核心的党中央周围,坚决贯彻国民经济调整方针,埋头苦干、奋发图强,将三年特别困难时期变成了三年特别艰苦奋斗时期。周恩来作为党中央领导集体核心成员和政府总理,不仅体恤民情,与民同甘共苦、共克时艰;而且参与运筹帷幄,制定国民经济调整方针,提出和实施一系列重大战略性决策,使国民经济从严重的困难境地中走了出来。
During the three difficult years of economic and social development from 1960 to 1962,the Communist Party of China and the people of our country closely rallied around the CPC Central Committee with Mao Zedong as the core,resolutely implemented the policies of adjusting the national economy,carried forward the revolutionary spirit of hard work and turned three difficult years into three years of extraordinary hardship.As a core member of the Central leadership and the Premier of the government,Zhou Enlai not only empathized with the people,but also shared hardships and joys with them.Moreover,he took part in devising strategies,formulating guidelines for the adjustment of the national economy,proposing and implementing a series of major strategic decisions,and pulled the national economy out of serious difficulties.
