摘要
带下病是妇科疾病的重要部分。在承淡安针灸临床学术探索中,其对妇科带下病的探索尤为独特,形成了独特的灸法与取穴规律。承淡安先生针灸治疗带下病的经验,首先是基于其对带下病的独特认识和分析,在此基础上形成了对应的治疗方法,并在临床实践中获得了切实的体会。其中,承淡安先生对于带下病的认识也是随着时间进展而有阶段性差异,其针灸治疗带下病的实践经验与取穴规律至今对临床仍有启发,值得借鉴。承淡安先生针灸临床诊治带下病,创制“三角灸”。他在学术探索中衷中参西,引入妇科微生物学概念。在临床实践中取穴由经络脏腑诊治逐渐发展为重视八髎取穴、强调灸量。文章试图厘清承淡安针灸治疗带下病的学术经验与取穴规律,以期对当今针灸妇科临床有所启发。
The Daixia disease(带下病)is an important part of gynecological diseases.In the clinical academic exploration of CHENG Dan’an acupuncture,its exploration of gynecological diseases is particularly unique,forming a unique moxibustion method and acupoint taking rules.Mr.CHENG Dan’an’s experience in the treatment of the Daixia disease by acupuncture is first based on his unique understanding and analysis of the disease,and on this basis,the corresponding treatment methods have been formed,and he had gained practical experience in clinical practice.Among them,Mr.CHENG Dan’an’s understanding of the disease had also been different with the progress of time,and his practical experience and acupoint taking rules in the treatment of the disease are still enlightening for clinical practice and are worth learning.Mr.CHENG Dan’an,a well-known acupuncturist in modern times,created“triangular moxibustion”based on the clinical diagnosis and treatment of leukorrhea by acupuncture and moxibustion.In his academic exploration,he devoted himselt of the integration of TCM and Western medicine,and introduced the concept of gynecological microbiology.In clinical practice,acupoint selection gradually developed from the diagnosis and treatment of meridians and viscera to attaching importance to the acupoint selection of the Baliao acupoints(八髎穴)and emphasizing the amount of moxibustion.In this article,the academic experience and acupoint selection rules of treating acupuncture in the treatment of leukorrhea by Mr.CHENG Dan’an were clarified as much as possible to enlighten the current clinical practice of acupuncture in treating gynecology diseases.
