摘要
目的 分析孕期综合管理对高龄产妇母婴结局的影响效果。方法 选取2020年1月至2020年12月于禹州市人民医院产科规律产检的100名高龄产妇为研究对象,利用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,两组各50名。对照组采取常规孕期指导,观察组采取孕期综合管理,比较两组妊娠期并发症发生率、母婴结局差异。结果 观察组的妊娠期并发症发生率10.00%,低于对照组的24.00%,母婴结局优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 孕期综合管理有助于降低高龄产妇妊娠期并发症发生率、改善母婴结局,值得临床应用。
Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive management during pregnancy on maternal and infant outcomes of elderly parturient women. Methods A total of 100 elderly parturient women who received regular obstetric examinations in the department of obstetrics of Yuzhou People’s Hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects, and divided into two groups with 50 women in each group by the random number table method. The control group was given routine pregnancy guidance, and the observation group was given comprehensive pregnancy management. The incidence of pregnancy complications and maternal and infant outcomes were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of pregnancy complications in the observation group(10.00%) was lower than the control group(24.00%), and the maternal and infant outcomes were better than those in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive pregnancy management is helpful to reduce the incidence of pregnancy complications and improve maternal and infant outcomes, and it is worthy of promotion.
