摘要
IPM是指的一种新型多功能的混合式集成整流电路,它同时能够同时将多个大功率将开关和触发保护元件电路模块和大功率直流驱动电路、保护与滤波电路、检测及隔离滤波电路模块等多个模块集成和串联整合在构成了的同一个整流电路模块组合框架内,这种新型高功率谐波变换型集成的滤波保护电路模块能因此能够特别地适应当前大功率逆变器系统的高频化发展趋势及其后续发展与应用研究方向等领域的广泛应用的需求。目前,IPM开关系统产品一般表现为以大功率IGBT组件等为主要组成基本元素的小功率开关元件,构成覆盖了所有单相直流变频器或所有串联到三相逆变器母线上变频器的任意一组专用的开关功能模块,在当今许多的中小功率工作小容量变频器控制系统应用中均得以较为广泛的得到实际应用。在早期的在全球大多数的工业变频器和控制领域中都能被得到广泛而大量的采用。智能功率模块控制系统除了应该将所有智能功率开关芯片块和所有功率驱动电路模块集成配置连接在一起,而且控制系统同时内部还必须应配套设有包括过电压、过低短路电流、过热功率报警系统等的各种电路故障自动报警的检测输出处理接口电路,并必须负责地将这所有报警检测处理输出接口信号全部直流接送输出给单片机控制CPU。它正因为本身具有比产品体积变得更短小、功能选择变得多、功耗明显减小、使用更加简单且方便操作灵活可靠等具有许多新优点。本文探讨了智能功率模块在新能源汽车中的应用及技术发展。
IPM refers to a new multi-functional hybrid integrated rectifier circuit, which can simultaneously integrate and series multiple modules such as multiple high-power switching and trigger protection element circuit modules and high-power DC drive circuits, protection and filter circuits, detection and isolation filter circuit modules in the same rectifier circuit module combination framework. In addition to connecting all intelligent power switch chip blocks and all power drive circuit module integrated configurations, the intelligent power module control system must also be equipped with various circuit fault detection output processing interface circuits including overvoltage, too low short-circuit current, overheating power alarm system, etc., and must be responsible for all alarm detection and processing output interface signals all DC transfer output to the single-chip microcomputer control CPU.
