摘要
介绍了三乙烯二胺在各领域的应用。综述了醇胺脱水法、哌嗪及其衍生物环合法、乙二胺脱氨法和其它方法的三乙烯二胺合成工艺,从多方面对比了各路线的优劣,分析了反应体系大多以水溶液形式进料的缘由。得益于醇胺脱水法的高收率、低廉原料成本和环保工艺,指出该工艺应是三乙烯二胺未来发展的重点研究方向。
The applications of triethylenediamine in various fields are introduced.The synthesis processes of triethylenediamine are presented, such as alcohol-amine dehydration, cyclization of piperazine and its derivatives, deamination of ethylenediamine and others.The advantages and disadvantages of each process are compared and the reasons why the reaction systems are mostly fed as aqueous solutions are explained.Benefiting from the high yield, low cost of raw materials and environmentally friendly process of alkanol-amine dehydration, it is pointed out that this synthesis process should be the key direction for the future development of triethylenediamine.
