摘要
作为医疗卫生服务中较为重要的提供者之一,妇幼保健院如何充分利用宝贵的医疗资源为社会公众提供更好的公共卫生服务和医疗健康保障,已成为妇幼保健院管理者着重关注且亟须解决的问题.加强全面预算管理,已成为妇幼保健院可持续发展的必然要求,也是我国妇幼保健院在新医改中获得主动权的关键所在.文章主要阐述了新医改背景下妇幼保健院全面预算管理的内涵和作用,分析了妇幼保健院全面预算管理的现状,并针对妇幼保健院全面预算管理的现存问题提出了有效的策略,以供参考.
As one of the more important providers of medical and health services,how to make full use of the precious medical resources to provide better public health services and medical health security for the public has become an urgent problem for managers of maternal and child health hospitals.Strengthening the comprehensive budget management has become the inevitable requirement for the sustainable development of maternal and child health care hospitals,and it is also the key for maternal and child health care hospitals in China to gain the initiative under the new medical reform.This paper mainly expounds the connotation and function of comprehensive budget management in maternal and child health care hospital under the background of the new medical reform,analyzes the current situation of comprehensive budget management in maternal and child health care hospital,and puts forward effective strategies for the existing problems of comprehensive budget management in maternal and child health care hospital for reference.
