摘要
文章分析了高校科研经费管理的现状,发现部分高校存在违规支取、支配科研经费的问题,在此基础上探讨了高校科研经费财务管理问题产生的原因,并提出了加强高校科研经费财务管理的建议,以供参考.
This paper analyzes the present situation of the management of scientific research funds in colleges and universities,finds that there are some problems of illegal of withdrawal and control of scientific research funds in some colleges and universities,probes into the causes of the financial management of scientific research funds in colleges and universities,and puts forward some suggestions on strengthening the financial management of scientific research funds in colleges and universities for reference.
