国际经验下我国高职院校劳动教育价值定位与破局 被引量:1

Value Orientation and Breakthrough of Labor Education in China’s Higher Vocational Colleges by Learning from International Experience

摘要 劳动教育是促进高职院校学生全面发展、健康成长的重要途径,在新时代具有更加丰富的内涵。基于高等职业教育的职业性、实操性、应用性等特征,依托高职院校开展的劳动教育具有重要的社会价值、教育价值和个人价值。然而,当前高职院校劳动教育的开展面临着观念滞后、师资与教材紧缺、联动机制不畅、管理评价体系不健全等现实困境。为提升高职院校劳动教育的育人成效,可积极借鉴国际经验,改变对劳动教育的刻板印象,组建专业师资团队,开发高质量教材,建立一体化协同育人机制,构建科学合理的管理评价体系。 Labor education is an important way to promote students’overall development and healthy growth in higher vocational colleges,which has been endowed with rich connotations in the new era.Due to the professional,practical and applicable attributes of higher vocational education,labor education carried out in higher vocational colleges has great social value,educational value and personal value.However,the current development of labor education in higher vocational colleges is faced with realistic difficulties such as backward concepts,shortage of teachers and teaching materials,poor linkage in mechanism and imperfect management and evaluation system.In order to improve the effectiveness of labor education,it is urgent for higher vocational colleges to draw on international experience and change stereotypes of labor education,construct a professional teaching team,compile high-quality textbooks,establish an integrated collaborative education mechanism,and build a scientific and rational management evaluation system.
