摘要
阐述了现有摆动式刮板输送机链传动系统的链轮少齿数、链条大节距结构特点,及使用中存在振动、噪声大,运行不平稳和使用寿命低的问题。基于链传动系统非共轭啮合的多边形效应和啮合冲击效应机理研究,进行了低噪型链传动系统的设计研究,并就设计中的可靠性问题进行了分析。分析和研究表明,低噪型链传动系统能够满足设备系统使用功能,应用于整机设备可有效改善振动、噪声大的问题,提高系统使用寿命。
The structure characteristics of sprocket with few teeth, large pitch and the problems of high vibration and noise, unstable operation and low service lifewere expounded in the existing chain drive system of swing scraper conveyor. Based on themechanism study of polygon effect and meshing impact effect on non-conjugate meshing of chain drive system, a new low noise chain drive system was designed and researched, and the reliability problems in the design were analyzed. Analysis and research showed that the new chain drive system could meet the function of the equipment system, and improve the vibration and noise of the whole equipment conveying system effectively, prolong the service life of the system.
