摘要
北方某生活垃圾综合处理厂渗滤液设计处理规模为1100 m^(3)/d,采用预处理-两级A/O-MBR-化学软化-两级DTRO-HPRO-RO-离子交换的组合处理工艺,该方案结合生化系统节能及膜系统运行稳定的特点,最大限度的节省用地,保障出水效果。工程运行结果表明:在进水COD、BOD5、氨氮、TN、TP、全盐量及SS的质量浓度分别为6500、1360、1880、3220、28.6、24500和372 mg/L的条件下,除SS去除率为96.51%外,其余污染物去除率均达到99.8%以上,出水满足GB 16889—2008《生活垃圾填埋场污染控制标准》表3规定及相关地方标准要求,且脱盐效果显著。该项目年经营成本为5800万元,年均吨水经营成本为205元。
A domestic waste comprehensive treatment plant in northern China adopts combined process of pretreat-two stage A/O-MBR-chemical softening-two stage DTRO-HPRO-RO-ion exchange to treat leachate,and the design treatment scale is 1100 m^(3)/d.The scheme combines the characteristics of energy saving of biochemical system and stable operation of membrane system,saving land to the greatest extent and ensuring the effect of water output.The operation results showed that,under the condition that the mass concentrations of COD,BOD5,ammonia nitrogen,TN,TP,total salt and SS were 6500,1360,1880,3220,28.6,24500 and 372 mg/L respectively,except for the SS removal rates of 96.51%,the removal rates of the remaining pollutants all reached above 99.8%,which indicated that the effluent water quality met the requirement of table 3 in GB 16889—2008 Standard for pollution control on the landfill site of municipal solid waste and relevant local standards,and the desalination effect was also significant.The annual operation cost of the said project was 58 million yuan,and the average annual operation cost of water was 205 yuan/t.
