摘要
在高职院校中,财务会计是热门专业,对培养财务会计人才具有重要作用.但是,在目前财务会计教学中,部分高职院校还存在一些问题,影响了教学内容和岗位标准的有效对接,不利于财务会计专业人才的培养.因此,高职财务会计教学要以会计岗位标准为切入点和落脚点,有效对接教学内容和岗位标准,以此优化完善课程教学体系,使二者无缝衔接,从而培养高素质的财务会计人才,使学生更好地适应社会和企业的需求,在毕业之后能快速投入会计工作.文章阐述了高职财务会计课程内容与会计岗位标准对接的必要性,分析了高职财务会计课程内容与会计岗位标准对接现状,并提出了高职财务会计课程内容与会计岗位标准对接策略,以供参考.
Financial accounting is a popular major in higher vocational colleges,which plays an important role in cultivating financial accounting talents.However,in the current teaching of financial accounting,there are still some problems in some higher vocational colleges,which affect the effective docking of teaching content and post standards,and are not conducive to the cultivation of financial accounting professionals.Therefore,the teaching of financial accounting in higher vocational colleges should take the accounting post standards as the starting point and the foothold and effectively connect the teaching content with the post standards to optimize and improve the course teaching system and make the two can seamlessly link up,so as to cultivate high-quality financial accounting talents.Therefore students can better adapt to the needs of society and enterprises,and can quickly join the accounting work after graduation.This paper expounds the necessity of docking the content of higher vocational financial accounting courses with accounting post standards,analyzes the current situation of the docking of higher vocational financial accounting courses contents and accounting post standards,and puts forward the docking strategy of higher vocational financial accounting course content and accounting post standards for reference.
