摘要
随着海南自由贸易港建设如火如荼的开展,对于建设与之相配套的高水平物流服务体系的需求也日渐增强。根据《海南自由贸易港建设总体方案》,到2025年,海南要初步建立以贸易自由便利和投资自由便利为重点的自由贸易港政策制度体系,其中贸易自由便利的关键之一便是贸易货物的运输、转移和存放问题。货物运输的速度,以及运输中的损耗、安全性、经济性等,对于海南物流业来说都是一个巨大的挑战。自由贸易港的发展需要有竞争力的物流业支撑,提高海南现有物流业的综合竞争力是自贸港建设顺利推进的重要一环。
With the construction of Hainan free trade port in full swing,the demand for building a supporting high-level logistics service system is also growing.According to the Overall Plan for the Construction of Hainan Free Trade Port,Hainan will initially establish a free trade port policy system focusing on free and convenient trade and investment by 2025.One of the keys to free and convenient trade is the transportation,transfer and storage of trade goods.The speed of cargo transportation,as well as the loss,safety and economy in transportation,is a huge challenge for Hainan logistics industry.The development of a free’trade port needs the support of a competitive logistics industry.How to improve the comprehensive competitiveness of Hainan s existing logistics industry is an important link for the smooth progress of the construction of a free trade port.
