摘要
铁路通信网络运维是贯穿通信网络全生命周期的关键生产活动。保持高质量的运维是提高通信网络安全服务水平,保证通信网络稳定运行、控制通信网络运维成本的根本。通过研究铁路通信网络运维技术的发展现状,梳理铁路通信网络对智能运维的需求,提出了铁路通信网络智能运维的愿景目标;论述了铁路通信网络智能运维的方案架构,同时提出了铁路通信网智能运维的演进策略。
Railway communication network operation and maintenance is a key production activity throughout the whole life cycle of the communication network.Maintaining high-quality operation and maintenance is the fundamental guarantee to improve the level of security service of communication network,ensure the stable operation of communication network and control the operation and maintenance cost of communication network.This paper studies the development status of railway communication network operation and maintenance technology,combs the requirements,puts forward the vision target,discusses the key technologies,scheme architecture,and puts forward the evolution strategies of intelligent operation and maintenance of railway communication network.
