变温岩石介电特性测试装置设计及应用

摘要 为了研究常温和高温条件下岩石对微波的吸收能力,根据同轴传输/反射法测试原理设计了一套变温岩石介电特性测试装置。该装置主要包括矢量网络分析仪、加热测温系统、测试平台、测试校准件和软件系统。该装置通过加热系统实现20~600℃范围隧道施工中岩石样本加热,以控制矢量网络分析仪测量被测材料的反射参数,结合定制的算法分析处理,得到材料介电常数,磁导率,损耗角正切。采用该装置对隧道施工中花岗岩、砂岩和玄武岩3种常见岩石进行了测试,并对测试结果进行了分析。应用结果表明:玄武岩介电特性明显优于红砂岩和花岗岩,玄武岩地层施工更适合采用微波辅助破岩。915和2 450 MHz频率下介电特性测试对测量结果基本无影响。该装置功能丰富,可用于开展隧道施工区间岩样介电特性测试,为筛选良好微波吸收性能路段提供试验平台。 In order to study the microwave absorption ability of rocks under normal and high temperature conditions, a set of test equipment for the dielectric properties of variable temperature rocks was designed by using the coaxial transmission/reflection method. It mainly includes a vector network analyzer, a heating temperature measurement system, a test platform, test calibrators and software system. The device realizes the heating of rock samples during tunnel construction in the range of 20-600 °C through the heating system, controls the vector network analyzer to measure the reflection parameters of the measured material, and combines the customized algorithm analysis and processing to obtain the material dielectric constant, magnetic permeability, loss angle tangent. The device was used to test three common rocks in tunnel construction, granite, sandstone and basalt, and the test results were analyzed. The application results show that the dielectric properties of basalt are obviously better than those of red sandstone and granite, and microwave-assisted rock breaking is more suitable for basalt formation construction. The dielectric characteristic test at two frequencies of 915 and 2 450 MHz has basically no effect on the measurement results. The device has complete functions and can be used to test the dielectric properties of rock samples in the tunnel construction interval, providing a test platform for screening road sections with good microwave absorption performance.
