摘要
丁香酚、三卡因和苯唑卡因常作为麻醉药品用于动物生长和运输过程中。这类药品一旦被滥用,蓄积在动物体内的药物残留可以通过食物链传递进入人体,危害人体健康。为客观准确地了解厦门市销售的鱼产品及相应暂养水的麻醉剂使用及残留情况,本文针对市内34家餐饮店、超市、农贸市场等抽取了100批次鱼及暂养水样本,对于丁香酚、三卡因、苯唑卡因等麻醉剂进行检测,按照相应的卫生标准及污染物限量进行评估,分析并探讨鱼类及暂养水的麻醉剂使用情况。
Eugenol, tricaine and benzocaine are commonly used as anesthetics during animal growth and transport.Once such drugs are abused, the drug residues accumulated in animals can be transmitted through the food chain into the human body, endangering human health. For the objective and accurate understanding of the situation of anesthetics used in fish products and corresponding relaying water sold in Xiamen city, we takes 100 batches of fish and corresponding relaying water samples from 34 restaurants, supermarkets, farmers’ markets, etc., detect the content of eugenol, tricaine and benzeneazole, and then analyse and conclude the safety problems of anesthetics in fish and corresponding relaying water.
