摘要
目的应用精细化管理对大型三级甲等综合医院的卒中绿色通道流程进行持续优化,以提高卒中急救效率。方法运用SIPOC模型分析卒中绿色通道现况,确认患者的有价值流程和无价值流程,运用鱼骨图寻找优化点,并制订持续改进方案。结果流程优化后,医院的高级卒中月均排名提高,卒中适宜技术开展明显增长,绿色通道的就诊过程循环效率(PCE)由29.6%提高至53.1%。结论通过实施精细化管理,有效优化了大型三级甲等综合医院的卒中绿色通道流程,缩短了院内卒中救治时间、提高了急救效率,进而有助于改善卒中患者预后,提高患者生命质量。
Objective The delicacy management was applied to continuously optimize the stroke green channel process in large tertiary grade A general hospitals to improve the efficiency of stroke emergency.Methods The current situation of stroke green channel was analyzed by using SIPOC model,the patient’s valuable process and non-valuable process were confirmed,the optimization points were found by using the fishbone diagram,and the continuous improvement plan was formulated.Results After the optimization of the process,with the increase of ranking of advanced stroke and development of technology in the hospital,the PCE of green channel was increased from 29.6%to 53.1%.Conclusion Through the implementation of delicacy management,the stroke green channel process of large tertiary grade A general hospital has been effectively optimized,which has shortened the hospital stroke treatment time and improved the emergency efficiency,thereby helping to improve the prognosis of stroke patients and improve their quality of life.
