摘要
目的GE revolution CT开启后超高端CT时代,初步探究GE revolution CT行头颈部CT血管造影(CT angiography,CTA)与冠脉CTA联合扫描的可行性。方法选取80例于2022年1—10月在天津市环湖医院行头颈CTA及冠脉CTA的患者,随机抽样分成两组,A组40例为对照组,先行冠脉CTA,再行头颈CTA。B组40例为试验组,行头颈冠脉CTA联合扫描。对A、B两组扫描获得的图像进行综合评价,比较A、B两组患者的图像质量以及对比剂用量。结果试验组图像用于诊断的准确度显著高于对照组,两组图像质量主观评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。图像信噪比(signal noise ratio,SNR)、对比噪声比(contrast to noise ratio,CNR)对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而对比剂用量则显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在急性缺血性脑卒中合并冠脉狭窄的临床诊断中,头颈部CTA联合冠状动脉CTA扫描技术能显著缩短患者的检查时间。
Objective GE revolution CT opened the post-super high-end era.To explore the feasibility of combined head and neck CTA and coronary CTA scanning with GE revolution CT.Methods 80 patients who needed head and neck CTA and coronary CTA were randomly divided into two groups.Group A(40 patients)was the control group.Coronary CTA was performed first,and then head and neck CTA was performed.40 patients in group B were in the test group and underwent combined head and neck coronary CTA scanning.The images obtained from these two groups were comprehensively evaluated,and the image quality and contrast agent dosage of these two groups were compared.Results The diagnostic accuracy of images in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,there was no significant difference in the subjective scores of image quality between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in image signal to noise ratio(SNR)and noise ratio(CNR)(P>0.05),but the amount of contrast medium was significantly less than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical diagnosis of acute ischemic stroke with coronary stenosis,the head and neck CTA combined with coronary artery CTA scanning technology can significantly shorten the examination time of patients.
