摘要
高温条件下炉渣容易挥发导致成分变化且“测不准”。对部分钢铁冶炼渣的挥发及其对性能的影响进行了测定与分析,提出了挥发性炉渣性能测定改进方案并开展了应用实践。结果表明,含氟化物、钾钠氧化物等助熔剂的炉渣挥发量较大,导致炉渣成分及性能变化明显,现行炉渣性能测定方法已难以适应此类炉渣,应进行改进并对相关结果进行修正,以获取更加准确合理的炉渣性能参数,为准确调控炉渣性能提供依据。
Furnace slag was apt to volatilize at high temperature,which led to changes of the compositions in slag and their indeterminacy during measurement.So some volatilization results of metallurgical slag for iron and steel making and their effect on slag’s properties were determined and analyzed,and then the improvement scheme for measuring the properties of volatile slag were proposed and the application practice in terms of the slag was carried out.The practice results showed that the volatile quantity of the slag with containing fluxing agent such as fluoride,sodium and potassium oxides were relatively large,which caused an obvious changes of compositions in slag and its properties.Thus the existent measurement method for determining the properties of the slag was no longer suitable.It was concluded that the old measurement method for determining the properties of the slag should be improved and the interrelated results obtained should be modified in order to obtain more accurate and reasonable parameters on the properties of the slag,which could provide the basis for accurately adjusting and controlling the properties of the slag.
