摘要
研究了GH4065A粉末高温合金篦齿盘高敏感孔螺旋铣削加工工艺,通过试验摸索出螺旋铣削粉末高温合金异形孔的加工工艺参数,实现了螺旋铣削加工工艺代替传统磨粒流加工的目的。通过对篦齿盘零件材料及工艺结构特点、加工难点的分析,结合高敏感孔加工工艺过程控制要求,采用试验方法,开展切削工艺参数的试验。粗加工过程采用钻削加工方式,主轴转速S=350 r/min,进给量F=0.05 mm/r。一把钻头加工18个孔后,刀具磨损量达到0.191 mm,接近技术要求规定的钻头最大磨损带不超过0.20 mm的上限要求;精加工过程采用ϕ2.8×R0.8四刃端面铣刀,利用端面铣刀刀尖R作为切削刃进行螺旋铣削,并开展铣削过程扭矩监控,主轴转速S=1700 r/min,进给量F=0.05 mm/r,每层切削深度为0.15 mm,之后进行孔口倒角铣削及孔口毛刷去毛刺加工。通过检测,异形孔加工尺寸满足要求,表面粗糙度达到Ra1.6μm,所有技术指标均满足图样要求。
It was researched that helical milling process of high-sensitive hole of labyrinth plate with GH4065A, and through the test, it was found out that the helical milling process parameters of the special holes. The purpose of traditional grind flow machining replaced by helical milling technology was realized. Based on the analysis of the material and process structure characteristics of the labyrinth plate including the difficulties in machining, and combined with the process control requirements of high-sensitive holes, we carried out the cutting parameters test. Roughing process was finished with drilling process, the speed of main shaft S=350 r/min, load F=0.05 mm/r. A drill could do 18 holes before tool wear reached 0.191 mm, which was closed to the technical requirements of the maximum drill wear zone was not more than 0.20 mm. The Φ2.8×R0.8 four edge end face milling cutter was used in the finishing process, the milling cutter tip R was used as the cutting edge for helical milling, and the monitoring was used in the milling process, the speed of main shaft S=1 700 r/min, load F=0.05 mm/r, and the cutting depth of each layer was 0.15 mm. After that, did the chamfer milling and brush deburr processing. Through the inspection, the size of special-shaped holes met the requirements, and the surface roughness reached Ra1.6 μm, all technical data met the requirements of the drawing.
