摘要
目的:探讨麻醉药房的建立在手术室用药精细化管理中的应用价值。方法:选取2020年1月至2020年12月萍乡市人民医院实施传统管理模式期间药品盘点账物时的56种药品作为对照组,另选取2021年1月至2021年12月萍乡市人民医院实施麻醉药房管理模式期间药品盘点账物时的同56种药品作为观察组。比较两组药品盘点账物相符率,并在麻醉药房成立前后发放满意度调查问卷,调查麻醉药房及手术室等相关人员满意度情况。结果:观察组平均药品盘点账物相符率为96.87%高于对照组的79.02%;观察组3月、6月、9月、12月药品盘点账物相符率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);麻醉药房成立前后分别发放58份调查问卷,回收58份,回收率100%,麻醉药房成立后总满意度94.83%高于成立前67.24%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:建立麻醉药房有助于提高手术室用药精细化管理,确保信息登记准确,提高药品账物盘点相符率,并改善麻醉管理满意度。
Objective:To explore the clinical value of the establishment of anesthesia pharmacy in the fine management of drugs in operating room.Methods:A total of 56 drugs during the implementation of traditional management mode in Pingxiang People's Hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected as the control group,and 56 drugs during the implementation of anesthesia pharmacy management mode in Pingxiang People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected as the observation group.Compare the consistency rate of the two groups of drug inventory accounts,and issue a satisfaction questionnaire before and after the establishment of the anesthesia pharmacy to investigate the satisfaction of the anesthesia pharmacy and the operating room.Results:The average coincidence rate of drug inventory accounts and materials in the observation group was 96.87%higher than that in the control group(79.02%).The coincidence rate of drug inventory in 3,6,9 and 12 months in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).58 questionnaires were distributed before and after the establishment of the anesthesia pharmacy,and 58 questionnaires were recovered,with a recovery rate of 100%,the total satisfaction after the establishment of the anesthesia pharmacy 94.83%was higher than that before the establishment 67.24%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The establishment of anesthesia pharmacy is helpful to improve the fine management of drugs in the operating room,ensure the accuracy of information registration,improve the coincidence rate of drug account and inventory,and improve the satisfaction of anesthesia management.
