摘要
陆相页岩气是我国页岩气资源的重要组成部分,具有良好的发展前景。针对陆相页岩气面临的一系列技术难题,开展了理论研究与关键技术攻关。研究结果表明:1)陆相页岩有机碳含量高,有机质类型为Ⅱ_(2)型、Ⅲ型干酪根,生气能力强,低成熟条件下仍然能够大量生气,具有“源储保”三元富集特征;2)通过核磁测井、等温吸附-声波联测和岩石力学实验等方法,建立了陆相页岩储集性、含气性及可压性等“三品质”测井综合评价技术,气层判识率达到94%;3)研发了页岩气水平井全井筒防塌、防漏钻井技术,以及适合于陆相页岩的水基钻井液技术、一次上返固井技术等,形成了页岩气高效低成本钻完井技术,钻井成本降低24.3%;4)针对陆相页岩塑性强、水力压裂效果差的问题,创建了CO_(2)混合压裂技术,云页平5井试气产量达到6×10^(4)m^(3)/d;5)构建了陆相页岩气表观渗透率计算方法和产能预测模型,符合率达到85%以上。关键技术应用后,共部署实施页岩气水平井5口,平均单井产量是原来的3倍,取得了显著效果。
Continental shale gas is an important part of shale gas resources in China and has a good development prospect.In view of a series of technical challenges faced by continental shale gas,theoretical and technical research are carried out.The results show that:1)Continental shale has high organic carbon content,and the organic matter types are type Ⅱ_(2) and type Ⅲ kerogen.It has strong gas generation capacity,and can still generate a large amount of gas under low maturity conditions,with the characteristics of“source,storage and preservation”ternary enrichment;2)Through nuclear magnetic logging,isothermal adsorption acoustic logging,rock mechanics experiment and other methods,the“three quality”logging comprehensive evaluation technology of continental shale gas reservoir,gas bearing property and compressibility is established,and the gas reservoir identification rate reaches 94%;3)Developed the full wellbore anti sloughing and anti leakage drilling technology for shale gas horizontal wells,as well as the water-based drilling fluid technology and one-time up cementing technology suitable for continental shale,formed the efficient and low-cost drilling and completion technology for continental shale gas,and reduced the drilling cost by 24.3%;4)Aiming at the problems of strong plasticity of continental shale and poor effect of hydraulic fracturing,CO_(2)mixed fracturing technology was created,and the gas test output of well Yunyeping5 reached 6×10^(4) m^(3)/d;5)The apparent permeability calculation method and productivity prediction model of continental shale gas are constructed,and the coincidence rate is more than 85%.After the application of key technologies,a total of five shale gas horizontal wells have been deployed and implemented,and the average single well production is three times that of the original,and remarkable results have been achieved.
